How do I book a trip?
Find a package you love, choose an available date and traveler count, and sign in. Complete your traveler details and pay through Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only after the backend verifies your payment.
Can I travel solo?
Absolutely. Many trips are a great fit for solo travelers. Contact the team to discuss room arrangements and any single-occupancy supplement for your chosen departure.
What is included in the price?
Every package lists its inclusions and exclusions. The checkout displays the confirmed base price, taxes, and total before payment. Flights and optional activities are included only when explicitly listed.
Can I cancel my booking?
Eligible bookings can be cancelled from My Bookings. Refund eligibility and fees depend on your package terms and how close you are to departure. Read the cancellation policy before you book.
My payment was debited but I have no confirmation. What next?
Check My Bookings before making another payment. If your booking is still pending, contact support with the payment reference so the team can reconcile the payment.
How do I share photos or leave a review?
Sign in to upload photos from eligible booked trips in Travel Diaries. Completed bookings display a Write a review button in My Bookings. Reviews and photos may await moderation.
Can you help with a private group trip?
Tell us your destination, approximate dates, group size, and the kind of trip you have in mind through the contact form. The team can discuss available options.
